George is quite instigator, isn't he? I can't really tell if he's messing with us, being mean to us, or just doesn't realize this isn't how you hold a normal conversation. I'm leaning towards the first one but I'm not all that sure. He's already managed to notable tick off everyone on the bus, pardon Cloud who has been quiet most of this time. The other two boys had stood up to him so I have the feeling we'll be safely under their protection for the time being.
George is really seeming to get on Hyunjoo's nerves. Dose it really matter that she has pets? It might be nice to have a few pets running around a massive mansion with us.
The more I think about it, the more lonely this new home sounds. A giant house for six kids who hardly knew each other and would probably, for the most part, ignore each other? Maybe I'm wrong. We will be teammates soon, we'll have to get to know each other and like eachother, or at least tolerate eachother. After this first half hour of the drive I'm beginning to wonder if this team is going to be possible at all. I mean I haven't seen anything too abnormal from Cloud and Gabriel, they seem like your average agreeable human beings, but that's only a third of the group. I'm a giant ball of fear and panic, who can't even stand up for herself. Bleiz is a pretty good person from what I've seen but he seems a little standoff-ish and doesn't have the best communication skills. Hyunjoo is also a good person but it's blatantly obvious she has mental issues that are slightly crippling, who knows when they'd be triggered on a mission. Then there was George. George is.... Well George. I have no words to describe him. I had a feeling he'd do something reckless or stupid during a mission that would risk our sucsess. I already know this will be dangerous but what will happen if we can't work as a team.
As the others continued to bicker amongst each other the bus pulled over again. Dr. Fouley stood up and looked back at us.
"We have roughly two hours and thirty minuets until we get out of this bus, if you six can't stop arguing before then I'll turn this bus around and leave you on your own to deal with your powers. I'm putting on a movie, watch it, be quiet and act like you actually enjoy the company of each other."
With that comment he popped in a DVD and started up the bus again. Not caring to watch the movie I pulled my blanket tighter around me and fell asleep before we even got through the comercials.
"Stay away from our little sister or I'll punch you." Nat said cracking his knuckles as he and Nick stood in front of me on the play ground.
The three of us had gone out to have some fun and a few kids roughly my age had decided to pick on me after I was physically unable to keep up with then while playing.
"We were just playing with her." One of the boys complained.
"Claudia wouldn't be crying if you were just playing." Nick replied in an eerily calm voice.
"She's just being a crybaby because she can't do anything right." Another said.
"She's a little girl, she isn't build to be able to do the same things as boys. If you wanted to play with her you should have gone easy on her." Nick countered.
"Girls are so bothersome." One of the boys muttered.
"They're so slow and afraid of everything." Another agreed.
"She's not like that."
"Then way else would she be crying?" One of the boys challenged.
"Are you afraid of us Claudia? We aren't that scary are we?" One of them asked.
I looked over the distorted shapes of the boys behind my brothers. I couldn't make out any of their defining features, yet I could tell the one who had said that had a sinister smile on his face.
I snapped awake when I felt a hand on my shoulder. I looked up to see Bleiz standing over me.
"Wake up, the others already left." He said bluntly.
He nodded. I stretched and took off my blanket before getting out of my seat.
"Thanks for waking me Bleiz." I said with a warm smile before leaving the buss.
I walked outside enjoying the warmth of the sun. It's so nice out today. Sadly it's only going to get colder as the days drew on, closing in on winter. I looked around and spotted some of my party but others were off doing who knows what. Personally I don't really need to use the restroom, I just want to stretch my legs. I suppose I'll go on a walk around the area for a bit.
I headed off to the woodland area behind the quaint reststop. I wondered around for a while watching the birds and looking at wildflowers. I currently knelt on top of a bolder. There was the loud sound of a rock snapping behind me. I jumped slightly, loosing my balance and falling. I braced myself for impact but I soon realized someone was holding me.
