"Mrs. Parks, this is a very serious matter-" The principal would be in his black spinning chair, sitting up straight with his hands folded neatly on the desk. The principals office was dim-lighted, only the slightly opened white curtains would give us light and decorated with all types of awards and certificates in frames.
"Something that I didn't cause first!" I blurted out and stood up from my cushioned seat, Putting my hands on the desk. "That girl started everything, so it isn't my fault that she got-"
The principal would interrupt her just the same, "It is your fault. You're the one that punched her first. Now, sit down." He motioned he to sit calmly.
I huffed and crossed my arms, then plopped back down on my seat.
"Mrs. Parks, even if the girl did start everything she didn't hurt you like you did to her and I cannot except this sort of behavior." He pushed off from his desk and turned his spinning chair to a metal drawer that was filled with papers. He slid one out of a folder and closed the drawer, then turned his spinning chair back to Savanna and placed the paper flat on the desk in front of her.
"What's this?" I looked down at the paper, curiously.
"I'll have to suspend you from school-'
"Suspend me!?" I got up again, looking as if I were going to explode. "Please, I can't get suspended! I'll do anything!"
