Love is something thats really difficult at a young age. Emotions tend to be fickle and plenty of kids and teens don't have the emotional maturity to handle things. Love is sold to us as something that lasts forever, and that relationships just work out. But really love takes commitment and a lot of work. People fall out of love after a period of time, just because of brain chemestry. Your brain stops producing the chemicals that make you feel "in love". Most people end their relationships at this point if they aren't committed.
Eventually, you'll find there are just traits about your partner that you cant stand, and many people just fight about this, but its really more beneficial to try and work it out calmly so you can both be better partners and better people.
Its not always easy, and thats okay. Life wasn't meant to be a smooth ride. Sometimes, especially when it comes to matters of love, the world seems cruel and unforgiving, but that may just be a sign you're not ready yet. Give it time, and im sure you'll find there's a time in your life where you are ready to have a committed relationship.
Basically, love is hard and you have to work at it, and some of us youngin's aren't ready for that kind of commitment. Love isn't for everyone at every point in their life. But don't give up on it just yet. You're doing okay, and you'll find a good partner for you eventually if thats what you really want.
