It is a good plan!!!
I am slowly bumping up by sit ups, because 30 is when I am lazy...I can do 60 situps and two reps right after another.
I used to do plank, and I worked it up from 0.5 min, 1 min, 2 min, 3 min, 4 min, 5 min, 10 min, and kept it at 10 min. I stopped recently because of more studying, but I will probably get back to it.
My arms are on the weaker side, so I can only do 1 full Pull-up, but I can do an incredible amount of sit ups...I am the all time fastest at my Tae Kwon Do school at full sit ups, even against those 5+ years older than me.
Rock climbing is fun and is a really good exercise!!! Keep it up!
My parents won't let me lift yet, but at a high school tour (I am in 8th grade right now) as one of my weekly school field trips, I got to go to weightlifting as an elective, and I did like 30 curls, and most of the high schoolers there said that I do better sit ups than them...sadly, my arms aren't as toned lol.
Oh, and btw, should we do a FWRP, RP, story or forumfic as our collab? I need to brainstorm ideas...
