@ the people who think sleeping on in the weekends makes up sleep-
Hate to break it to ya but sleep is like money, once it’s gone, it’s gone, you can’t make it up. You can try and make it up but you’ll just feel like your in this constant void. Really, we make this mistake all the time. We’re like ‘oh I can sleep in on the weekends or drink coffee” but no, that will get you nowhere. According to research, It really just disrupts your circadian rhythm further. Sleep deprivation is associated with increase in depression, problems regulating mood, and suicidal thoughts. And drinking coffee and/or other stimulants to curb drowsiness? It results to being at risk of illicit stimulates later in life. So instead, it’s suggested to go to sleep earlier everyday and wake up early. Even on the weekends. So remember, guys, get your sleep! *salutes to the side* *gets red and covers mouth and nose, stubbling away to the side laughing a bit* omg, I can’t believe I just made a hard-core speech.
